Terms of Vacation Certificates vary by each
certificate, so it is important that you review
the terms of the actual certificate.
However, the following contains the
process for most of the Vacation Certificates we
offer

Select and Purchase a Vacation
Certificates
Vacation Certificates are
available for purchase on this site.
View the details of the vacation package
and purchase the certificate that best suites
your upcoming vacation plans.
If you think you’re going to go on a
cruise, consider the cruise, if you want a week
vacation consider the vacations that are for 7
or 8 nights, if you’re doing a quick getaway,
consider the certificates that are for 2, 3 or 4
nights.

Redeem the Certificate
After you purchase the
certificate, you have to activate or redeem the
certificate.
There is an expiration to redeem your
certificate and there is a Redemption Fee.
The fee is disclosed on the terms of the
Vacation Certificate and it covers shipping,
handling, administration charges and other costs
associated with assigning you to a specific
Travel Professional that you will be working
with to actually plan the details of your
vacation. You
will receive the contact information for the
Travel Agency or Travel Professional and a
special Reservation Form within two weeks of
redeeming your certificate.
If you do not receive your Reservation
Form, please contact us at 888-850-TRIP.

Make Your Reservations
You generally have one year to
decide where you want to go and when you want to
go. Contact
the Travel Agency on the Special Reservation
Form that was sent to you at least 60 days prior
to your desired departure date.
Taxes and other charges are paid at the
time of the reservation.
NOTE:
Taxes and fees are disclosed on Vacation
Certificate. Confirmed
reservations with specific provider information
will mailed to you.
