The reason we are able to do this is because hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. What you have to understand is when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.).  Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you in future stays.

What is this vacation certificate redeemable for?

This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering 2 adults 21 years of age and older 5 days, 4 nights of hotel accommodations in Cancun, Mexico PLUS 5 days, 4 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a total of 8 nights. The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the reservation request form is just a one-time $30 redemption fee. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just $20 per night for taxes, maid services, etc. All reservations require a minimum of 60 days advance notice. Dates near holidays, weekends and during major conventions are usually not available. Transportation and meals are not included with this offer. These accommodations can be used together (back to back) or separately as long as travel is completed within two years. There will be an additional fee of $20 per person per night up to 2 extra persons. Not valid for group travel. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, surcharges and miscellaneous expenses. All vacation offers are subject to the fulfilling travel agencies availability and promotions inventory. After redeeming this certificate you will be sent the reservation registration activation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book all your accommodations. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation certificate offer. Please note that the expiration date on this certificate pertains to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date located on this certificate. Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have 24 months to travel.  This offer is only good for United States & Canada Residents.  Only 1 Vacation Offer Per Household Per Year.

What type of hotel accommodations will I receive on this offer?

Do I get to pick the hotels?

No, but you do get to pick the travel dates. Remember, the hotels make their money on re-bookings. This is why we always place customers with the best possible deluxe hotel accommodations in the city of your choice.

What happens after I redeem this vacation certificate?

Once you redeem the vacation certificate, you will be mailed your vacation reservation registration form from the fulfilling travel agency. Once you receive it you will be required to register with the fulfilling travel agency. After you register you will have up to 24 months to travel. 

After I pay the one-time redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just $20 per night for taxes, maid services, etc. These fees are paid to the fulfilling travel agency. There will be an additional fee of $20 per person per night up to 2 extra persons.

                 
Can I redeem the same vacation certificate number more than once?       

No, only one certificate is redeemable per household per year.

How long do I have to use the reservation form once I receive it?  

Once you redeem the vacation certificate, you will be mailed your vacation reservation registration form from the fulfilling travel agency. Once you receive it you will be required to register with the fulfilling travel agency. After you register you will have up to 24 months to travel.

                        
Can I use 2 vacation certificates back to back for 16 nights?

Can I take children on the vacation?

Can we go with another couple?

Yes, there will be an additional fee of $20 per person per night up to 2 extra persons. 

Can I travel before the required 60 day reservation notice?

No. To use this offer you must book reservations at least 60 days in advance. If you give less than 60 days in advance there will be extra surcharges that are determined by the fulfilling travel agency. When you receive the reservation registration forms you will have all the contact information to contact them to inquire about those fees.
