This certificate will be considered void if bartered, sold
or purchased. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration
activation form offering 2 adults 21 years of age and older plus up to two
children under the age of 18 5 days, 4 nights of hotel accommodations in
Honolulu, Hawaii. The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the
reservation registration activation form is just a one-time $49.00 redemption
fee. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just the daily room rate
tax of $12-$16 per night for a minimum of 4 nights. A $100 REFUNDABLE deposit
is required and paid for upon confirmation of reservations. All reservations
require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. Dates near holidays and during
major conventions are usually not available. Check in for this offer is
available 7 days a week. Meals and all other incidental charges are not
included with this offer. This offer is also not valid for group travel. No
travel December 1 through January 14. You do not have to specify your travel
dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming this certificate
you will be sent the reservation registration activation form from the
fulfilling travel agency who will book all your accommodations. The recipient
of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but limited to:
transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, surcharges and
miscellaneous expenses. All vacation offers are subject to the fulfilling
travel agencies availability and promotions inventory. In most cases you will
be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your
1st requested travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to
availability. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional

How can you offer this? The reason we are able to do this is because hotels rarely
experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and
weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then
contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give
these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to
offer. We are a liason between travelers and the
fulfilling travel agencies. What you have to understand is when the
hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a
good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can
still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might
stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at
their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa,
room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time,
they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe
even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business
for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you
