This certificate will be considered void if bartered, sold or purchased. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration form offering 2 adults 21 years of age or older 3 days, 2 nights hotel accommodations plus 2 roundtrip airline tickets from Major International Airports in The Continental United States. The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the reservation form is just a one-time $50.00 redemption fee. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just $119 per person for all hotel taxes, airline taxes, transfers, airport fees, etc. plus an additional $50 per person travel agency processing fee. All reservations require a minimum of 90 days advance notice. Dates near holidays, weekends and during major conventions are usually not available. Check in for this offer is usually on a Monday or Tuesday. Meals and all other misc. charges are not included with this offer. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, surcharges (airport, airline & processing) and miscellaneous expenses. All vacation offers are subject to the fulfilling travel agencies availability and promotions inventory. This offer is also not valid for group travel. You do not have to specify your travel dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming this certificate you will be sent the reservation registration activation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book all your accommodations. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation certificate offer. Please note that the expiration date on this certificate pertains to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date printed on this certificate. Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have 12 months to travel. How can you offer this?

The reason we are able to do this is because hotels and airlines rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms and seats out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. What you have to understand it that when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's basically a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels and airlines. The hotels and airlines make their money re-booking you in future stays.

What type of seats will I receive on this offer?

You will receive standard/coach class accommodations.

Do I get to pick the airlines?

No, but you do get to pick the travel dates. Remember, the airlines make their money on re-bookings. This is why we always place customers with the best possible accommodations.

What happens after I redeem this vacation certificate?

Once you redeem the vacation certificate, you will be mailed your vacation reservation registration form from the fulfilling travel agency. Once you receive it you will be required to register with the fulfilling travel agency. After you register you will have up to 12 months to travel.

After I pay the one-time redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

Your only cost upon requesting reservations is just $119 per person for all hotel taxes, airline taxes, transfers, airport fees, etc. plus an additional $50 per person travel agency processing fee. These fees are paid to the fulfilling travel agency.

Can I redeem the same vacation certificate number more than once?

No, only one certificate is redeemable per household per year.

How long do I have to use the reservation form once I receive it?

Can I use 2 vacation certificates back to back for 4 nights and 4 roundtrip airfares?

No.

Can I take children on the vacation?

Yes for additional fees per child. The fees are determined by the fulfilling travel agency. When you receive the reservation registration forms you will have all the contact information to contact them to inquire about those fees.
Can we go with another couple?

These vacation certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem vacation certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would receive the same dates.

Can I travel before the required 90 day reservation notice?

No. To use this offer you must book reservations at least 90 days in advance. If you give less than 90 days in advance there will be extra surcharges that are determined by the fulfilling travel agency. When you receive the reservation registration forms you will have all the contact information to contact them to inquire about those fees.
